Cable Bahamas Appoints Tracey Boucher as Vice President of Operations

We are proud to announce the promotion of Tracey Boucher to Vice President of Operations at the Cable Bahamas Group of Companies.

Tracey’s career is a powerful example of what it looks like to lead with consistency, transparency and heart. Through years of dedication and growth, she has become one of the most respected leaders in our organization.

Over the course of her journey, Tracey has played a critical role in shaping network evolution in The Bahamas, helping expand connectivity across the Family Islands, building high-performing engineering teams and guiding the organization through key phases of growth and integration.

As Vice President of Engineering, Tracey elevated both culture and performance, improving employee engagement and partnering across teams to refine the customer experience. She also helped strengthen our operational standards, supporting the achievement of three ISO certifications under her leadership.

Tracey is known for leading with empathy and accountability, while keeping both people and customers at the center of every decision. Through years of dedication and growth, she has become a well-respected leader in our organization.
