Cable Bahamas is celebrating a new wave in entertainment, with our "Dive Into Digital" program, which ushers in the final phase of turning The Bahamas into a Digital Nation.

Digital television (DTV) was introduced by Cable Bahamas with our premium Oceans packages in 2005. Now we are completing the digital program, enhancing the quality and reliability of our network and providing superior video, broadband and voice services directly to your home.

As a customer this will benefit you, not only by improving picture and sound quality but also by providing increased channels, enhanced features, more advanced services like High Definition TV and future services like Video on Demand.

Just like the recent digital transition in the United States, all customers will require a digital converter (set top box) to receive digital services. Our plan is to transition one neighborhood at a time, taking the utmost care to ensure that homes that currently do not have digital set-top boxes will get their first set-top box for FREE. As we move into your area we will provide a specific date that your neighborhood will be upgraded to a 100% digital system.
